Refund & Return Policy

We accept return requests within 14 days after delivery.
To qualify for return, the crystal bracelet must be unused, unworn, no scratches or damage, and returned with original packaging.
Natural crystals have inherent natural inclusions, cracks and color variations. These are natural features and are not considered defects, and cannot be used for return requests.
Return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility. You must use a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost returns without tracking.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Live selected items, clearance goods are final sale and non-returnable.
If your item arrives damaged, please send unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or full refund.
