Welcome to our online crystal jewelry store. By accessing and purchasing items on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

All products are natural crystal bracelets. Natural stones naturally contain inclusions, ice cracks, color differences and texture variations. These are natural characteristics and not manufacturing defects. Every crystal is unique.

When you place an order, you confirm you have read and agreed to our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.

Live stream selected items are picked one by one during live broadcast. Live-selected goods are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless damaged in transit.

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We will not be liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect customer address information.
